48th Annual Harvest Festival

Saturday, October 12 & Sunday, October 13, 2019

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Greene County Historical Society's biggest fundraiser event of the year is the annual Harvest Festival. Returning for the 48th year under new leadership, the event promises to celebrate the fall season with an array of activities!

The event features artisan vendors that help to recreate homespun crafts including woodworking, foods and primitive crafts. In addition to the artisans, the Harvest Festival has demonstrators that help to revive not only the old time crafts, but also daily and military life during the Colonial and Civil War eras. Finally, the event is melded together with performances of a variety of music genres.

The Harvest Festival garners the attention of visitors both locally and outside Greene County with its historic demonstrations of 19th and 20th century life and industry.

Additional activities include:

  • Live Entertainment
  • Live Musical Performances
